Mint Brownies
Cream:
1 C. butter
1/3 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar

4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C. flour

Mix well. Bake in greased pan 350° for 30 min.

Mint Brownie Frosting
1 Cube Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C Powdered Sugar
|
2 tsp. Milk
1/4 tsp. Peppermint Extract
3 drops Green Food Coloring
|
Cream together. Frost brownies and refrigerate until hard. Melt 8 oz. Hershey Bar in double boiler; drop over frosting. Cut after 10 minutes.

Tator tot Casserole
2 lbs hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Mix--Bake in 9x13 greased pan covered with tator tots at 350° F for 30 min.
